I was lucky enough to travel as a child on some of the early European package holidays in the 70’s which sometimes resembled a Carry On film when the hotel wasn’t quite finished or the airport terminal built! As a family we graduated to Freddie Laker flights to America and I was
bitten by the travel bug. I met my husband travelling and took my daughter on her first trip aged 3 months old.
My personal travel background encompasses many different styles of travel. I have travelled solo, in groups, with friends, family, babies and children. I have inter-railed through Europe, star gazed in Egypt, camped in Africa, backpacked through Indonesia, trekked the Inca Trail, and sailed down the Amazon. I have enjoyed Indian Homestays, Archaeological
Cruises and luxury Caribbean hotels. Of course, I have also had my share of Mediterranean beach holidays, plenty of city breaks and a stint at Euro Disney too!
